200,000 mark suggestions...
I would change ALL fluids to synthetic using a BG flush. I do that every 50000 and no problems at 223000. Did same on last one and had 337000. Then wrecked it!- jstone5241

04 with 260k miles...........how far should i push my luck ?
Great luck with mine. But stickler for maintenance. Get BG fluid changes every 50000 Miles. Coolant, transmission, brake lines, power steering. Do differential every 100000. All synthetic. Use only amsoil in engine change every 20-25000 Miles. Add a quart at 11000. Engine clean as a whistle...- jstone5241

new owner of 2005 expedition (does not run)
First thing I would do is run fuel injection cleaner thru gas tank. Then maybe clean throttle body. ( YouTube for throttle body cleaning)- jstone5241

Who has the most miles on the odometer of their expedition?
2004 with 223000. Runs like new. 2001 with 237000 ran like new till I wrecked it- jstone5241

Popping Noise From Rear A/C Blower '03 Expo
It is a switch that needs replacing. Take off cup holder in right rear panel a remove parcel holder too. You will find a light tan switch about 3 inches square. 3 or 4 screws hold it in. They changed parts numbers in middle of year, so make sure you have exact same part number you took off- jstone5241

Strange Problem With my Expedition...Need Help Diagnosing Please...
Exact same problem on mine. Solonoid stuck. Tapped a few times and it started. I replace solonoid anyway.- jstone5241
