    The front end is binding when in A4wd. Note that my truck only has A4wd, 4H, 4L. Therefore, I don't have the option to put it in 2wd only. When starting the truck in A4wd, I have no 4x4 light and it is binding until about 60kph, then it dissengages 4x4, and the 4x4 light starts blinking...

    Longevity of a 2000 XLT 4.4 4.6?

    The 4.6 seems to be good enough for the majority of cop cars, taxi cabs, etc., not to mention mustangs and work trucks. Perhaps I expect more from my vehicles than most, but I don't get rid of them until they're over 300,000k.
