Blue tinted headlights yay or nay?
I like the concept but it looks a little too busy for me. I think maybe if all the lights were one color it would be good? You have a green vehicle, black bumper, blue lights, orange turn signals, amber driving lights, and a white license plate, all up front. Just my 2cents- TRTLSLO

Supercharger choice

Rear lift coils, any ideas?
The coils I got had the same sized opening. Got mine off Ebay, I believe they were tuff-country brand. Factory Fords coils had the same size opening also (Which is what led me to try the lifted version).- TRTLSLO

A word of caution... They are pretty stiff! Had Zone Offroad coils and it squatted the rear too much when pulling a loaded horse trailer so I searched and searched for something stiffer. Rides like an empty 1 ton truck unloaded but great while towing, lol P.S. My rig is 4x4... I think 2wd sat...- TRTLSLO

Try 2-3" front lift coils from a 95 f150. I used 6" coils from one on the rear of my Expy and it gave me 5.5" of lift.- TRTLSLO

How To: Replace rear lower control/trailing arms.
I had the same problem of the cut off wheel not being big enough. I cut about halfway thru the bolt and then whacked it a couple times with a BFH to snap it off. YMMV -

Expy or Expo
I vote Expy. My Expedition has a female name and "Expy" sounds better. If we start calling them "Expo's" I'd have to change her name to something more masculine, like Carl. Seems like me telling my friends I took out Carl, drove him hard in a mudhole, then gave him a bath is waaayyy more...- TRTLSLO

Can I fit 37's ?
I ran 315/70/17's stock by just cutting the valance. I would think it possible for 37's with a body lift. Check with "babysilk" on this site. I'm pretty sure he is doing 37's with a torsion twist and a bodylift -

Yes, that is the "tuning" part. You need a performance shop that can tune the programming, then you tell them what parts you used in the build and they reprogram your computer to work with the parts.- TRTLSLO

hard start
Not sure on a "good" fuel pump... maybe ask Toms89? I know he upgraded his (to maybe a lightning one?) when he did the motor swap. He would know what fits, other than stock ford parts. It may also be the fuel pump relay causing this, I replaced 2 pumps in my mustang thinking they were the...- TRTLSLO

crate motor ??'s
It will not "Just bolt up". While it does displace 5.4l, it is a stroked 302. Tranny will not bolt up, motor mounts will not bolt up, stock fuel injection will not bolt up. A V10 swap doesn't really make sense to me either, due to the extra motor weight and added expense/hassle of the rewiring...- TRTLSLO

engine oil gauge
I have the same problem in mine, only on startup, when its cold out. It's not like it reads low, its like it doesn't work at all. I'm also assuming its a sensor. If I rev the engine a few hundred RPM's, the gage starts working again.- TRTLSLO

7700 bars are STIFF! They ride like my friends, unloaded, f350 SD. I replaced my worn out stock bars with them and wished I would have gotten the standard ones. Changing Axle Ratio
Price is about right. You will gain a few hundred RPM, lose a mpg or two with the gears, but should be able to make the mileage back with the programmer. You'll love the 4.10's, it should have been a factory option. 3.55's suck for towing, trans downshifts too much with em.- TRTLSLO

6" lift for EB Expy???
