start up noise on 07 limited el
i had something similar to valves knocking, i had a misfire in two coils, replaced the spark plugs and coils problem solve, no noise.- 07ExpoXLT

Changing the plugs in a 5.4 for the first time

2008 Loud bang on downshift approx 70 mph when passing
No check engine light? if you do, its a bad coil or spark plugs, its back fire. when your on the Highway does it almost sound like its metal to metal hitting when it bangs?.- 07ExpoXLT
