    Picked up my wife's Expy today. The dealer did a valve body overhaul and CDF drum. No friction plates or steels were needed. Shifting is much better but it's only been a few miles so far.

    The fluid most likely came out of the vent. I've had a similar situation happen several times. A software update fixed the issue, but my trucknis back in the shop for a tear down due hard shift issues.

    Dropping off my wife's 2018 tonight for the trans shifting hard and going into false neutral. No codes in the PCM or TCM but I'm hoping they actually do something (truck is under CPO warranty). I'll update when I hear back.

    Would love some folks thoughts on this, regarding oil changes on this engine.

    I use 5w-30 Kirkland Synthetic & factory filters and change it at 5k. There's no way based on color and smell I would let it go longer for me. Maybe if I only drove highway I would consider it, but most of my driving is mixed.

    Blackstone Lab or some other lab could answer the OCI interval for you, but I don't need that for me. By 5k miles my oil looks and smells roasted with regular driving so 5k is max for me. As others have said I would only do the turbo filter if doing turbo work or at a high mileage mark- say...

    Rear wiper issues.

    We had to have our rear glass adjusted for the same issue (wouldn't park). The pin that engages is spring loaded and can only move so far. If wiper travel is stopping or skipping it's likely the pin is popping out due to glass adjustment or binding.

    2021 xlt max 7000 miles.

    I had to wait 6 weeks to get the wife's Expedition in. Had to take it back several times. I didn't schedule those- I just took it in. I would suggest you do the same. Get it to the dealer and show up as a wait customer.

    Coolant low again

    I'm taking my wife's truck in for some issues Monday and this is one of them. Not leaking a lot. Just small 2" puddles. Had all the phasers done not long ago, now the reservoir is 2" below minimum. I suspect it's related but I'll let you know what they say.

    I'll have to try it again. I had the engine running, trans in reverse, and trailer assist on. Never saw the light on. I didn't have the parking brake on.

    I've noticed mine before and assumed it was for trailer tow, but never used it. I just tried and I couldn't get it to come on. The owners manual says something about it automatically coming on.

    My wife's recently purchased Expy had this update done. There was no shudder after it was done, and as I imagined it didn't fix the phaser rattle. New phasers being put in under warranty.
