Changed out Heater Core With the help of a neighbor we tackled the process of changing the heater core in my 2000 expo. I wish I had a garage because it was cold as heck outside. Did you ever fix your heater problem? Good Morning, I have a 2000 Expo that is experiencing similar problems.
