    Pulls hard right when towing

    I have not seen it in person, but it sounds like some type of "synthetic" leather (vinyl). How does it look ? How does it feel ? Early yet but, how does it wear ?

    So what is the difference between ...

    ... "cooled seats" on the 2017MY Expedition and "ventilated seats" on the 2018MY Expedition ? I am not happy that the 40/20/40 bench seat is ONLY available of the XL model and I not happy with the fact that leather seating surfaces are required just to get adjustable pedals. (XLT 201A) Grrrr !!

    Payload and GCWR with HD Tow Option on a Max (EL)

    Payload is passengers + load + tongue weight of towed vehicle. This on the door sticker. Payload is NOT listed in the towing guide ! (2017 EL payload was about 1400. Tongue weight of a large trailer is 600-800 lbs so there is not much left for passengers and gear !)

    2012 front wiper linkage bushing

    The linkage fell off of the passenger side wiper. I put it back on, but it fell off again. Ford only sells the motor and linkage as a one piece assembly which is $$$ ! Dorman makes a replacement linkage, but Dorman does not have the best reputation as a replacement supplier. Any other ideas ?

    Ford just announced a recall on 6R transmission that affects F150s, Exepitions and Navigator. Is there a web site where you can enter you VIN and find if your vehicle is on the recall list ?

    2012 Expedition, 5.4L 4wd, which transmission ?

    My daughter has a 2012 Expedition, 5.4L 4wd. Which transmission does it have 6R80 or 6R100 ? What is the proper fluid, Mercon LV or Mercon SP ? How often should the fluid be changed, especially if towing ? (None of these are clearly answered in the owners manual.)

    Checking voltages at the rear wiper

    2012 Expedition - No rear wiper action I checked fuse 19 and it is good. Key on, rear wiper control on #2, I am get 0V across any of the 3 pins (red, white, black) on the rear wiper connector. Is there an interlock I am missing (glass is down, tailgate is up). Other suggestions ?
