Codes P0316, P0302, and P0171.. oh boy
Check elbow on the bak of the intake under firewall that goes too pcv valve array. I had a p0171 an the elbow was torn.- kb0jfg

Abs light
About yous ABS Light. I was told by a mechanic I have used that an ABS light came on and go get the code read to see which wheel it is, that I had bad wheel bearing hubs and I lost the rollers for the bearing and ABS light stayed on because the ring on the wheel bearing housing had broke. random miss. tick rattles noice. power loss
I didn't have a check engine light either. Talked to the dealer here and he had the same problem on his crown vic and he changed the crack sensor and problem solved. I changed mine and same result. Hope this helps- kb0jfg

Check your crankshaft sensor and cam sensor to make sure they are working properly. My 03 would act up at times and changed a few parts and it turned out to be the crankshaft sensor.- kb0jfg

Intermittent Crank - No - Start Issue
It Dropped to around 40-42lbs when I was doing the test. Didn't leave it on overnight. Just the pressure guage for about 2hrs or so was it. Hope this helps.- kb0jfg

Intermittent Crank - No - Start Issue
I had a simular issue with my 2003 EB. Had fuel pressure to 50lbs when turned on. Kept on not starting at times. It happened most frequently when it would set 8-12 hours overnight. Changed out IAC valve still didn't fix it. Once I got it started it would start just fine until it sat for a length...- kb0jfg

You might check the plugs and make sure they are tightened to specs. If it sounds like a light exhaust leak I would check the plugs like I suggested. Just a thought.- kb0jfg
