    Yes check all the vacuum lines in the engine bay, but they also continue inside the cabin behind the dash. Ive seen them crack at the rubber grommet where they feed into the fire wall.

    There’s probably is a code however its going to be a “Ford” code meaning you will need a Ford scan tool or a scan tool that can read manufacture codes. Also we dont have the vehicle the physically look at so everyone’s response is going to be a guess.

    the drip from the body mount is most likely from the ac and the drip coming from the shield is going to be from the condensation from the exhaust. the fact that the liquid is clear means its nothing bad. Oil id brown and coolant is orange.

    To me it just sounds like the fuel injectors actuating. if you have a stethoscope or a long screw driver you can put it up to the fuel injectors and see it the sounds matches up. if it dose then your good its normal operation.     You might have a vacuum leak at the intake manifold. Intake gaskets are fairly cheap and easy to replace.

    Towed about 5500-6000 pounds yesterday. The most I have ever towed and the truck was so slow. You could run faster then it during acceleration. My manual says its rated for 7200 and I cannt even see that thing moving with that much weight. Lol. However nothing broke so ill take it as a win.

    2008 Expedition that stutters when hot and idling in gear

    It sounds like there is a vacuum leak. Check your vacuum lines by wiggling them around and listen for a hissing sound or change in engine speed. Also with the amount of miles on the engine it could be the intake gaskets.
