Oxygen sensor spacers on this vintage of vehicles does nothing but stop the cat inefficiency code from coming up. Does not affect fuel trims or idle. The rear O2s are just there to make sure the cats are functioning. Check fuel pressure and vaccum leaks (anything past the mass sensor). IAC...- ats666

2000 expedition 5.4 cat. Monitor will not run
What codes did you reset many times? What codes do you currently have? What pending codes do you have??? The only time I see monitors not set is when there are other problems.- ats666

98 xlt 4.6 ball joints wrong or right?
Everything is as it should be! The ball joints get fully pressed into the arm, the clip is only there as a back up so the BJ can't fall out if it loosens up in the arm.- ats666

Hey Guys. I've got a 2000 Expy Eddie Bauer with a 5.4 in great shape. So far I've done the Gott's mod, muffler delete and super chips tuner. Full tune up done, injectors flushed, seafoamed. It runs great. Trying to figure out what mods to do next. Underdrive pulleys...- ats666
