It's been a while since I've updated. The Expo has 139K and finally sprung a leak in the air bag system. Based on everyone's feedback here, went with the Monroe 90010 kit and it indeed rides great, very pleased. I had swapped out the rear shocks for Bilstein 4600s, so I kept those in and the...- Tcm glx

Well little update, Morimoto released the latest version of the MH1, so my headlights are up for sale. Doing another retrofit, going to try the new MH1 7.0. If anyone is interested, I'll be selling my existing setup for 300.- Tcm glx

Been a while since updated. Truck has been great so far. Selling the Yokohamas, going to a BFG KO2. Big BFGS fan so going to yank these Yokos off and swap out. Also added a KN Intake. Like the sound. Can't really tell if there is anymore power. Added the clear fog lights from DEPO as well...- Tcm glx

I used the orbit shroud. Modified it slightly to go in deep enough. I use the 9007 hi low harness from EBay. PM me and I can walk you through it.- Tcm glx

Super easy. The MH1 fits, very tight, but it fits. Shrouds have to be big, but not deep. Harness is a 9007 harnes so that it is plug and play.- Tcm glx

Sure, I have been doing retrofit for about 3 years now as a side hobby. I started doing 92-96 Ford Bronco/F150 and then expanded. Ok, so first pics of the LEDS...my buddy agreed to do kits for an expedition same as mine, if anyone needs different options, need to discuss. My kit came with the two from dome lights, two front door lights,the two rear seat map lights, and the rear cargo. Those bulbs are 27 shipped...- Tcm glx

Ok, one more update. Went through all fluids and we are in great shape. Truck drives fantastic. Finished off the stereo upgrade Did a Kenwood DDX271 double din DVD, MB Quart Reference 6x8 speakers, a MB Quart Mono amp, and the MTX thunderform box. Sounds great!! I'll take pics of...- Tcm glx
