2005 5.4L collapsed lifter
The stealership tells me I have a collapsed lifter on the pax side. $1800 to replace the lifters and cam on the pax side. Right now its only a tapping noise, and no noticeable loss of power or fuel economy. If I leave it alone, am I going to do more damage? Is there something that I can...- pilotbri

2005 EB Cruise Control switch
Does anyone have a procedure for R&R on the steering wheel cruise control switch? I think mine is bad and I'd like to try cleaning it before I replace it. thanks sb- pilotbri

FNG with 2005 EB 168K
Thanks! Knock one off the list. Replaced the blower motor this afternoon as it totally seized up this morning while I was out on a scenic drive. Firestone wanted $255 parts and labor, $170 of that was the blower. I figured it couldnt be that too bad. $117 at oreilly's, (only one close...- pilotbri

Howdee. New guy here. This will be my 4th Ford, having a 97 Mustang, 98 Exploder, 2003 Exploder and now a 2005 EB Expy. 168K miles and I've got a few issues, nothing real major, but I have some questions. Cruise control doesnt work, doesnt even power on. Any ideas? Front blower...- pilotbri
