    My console shifter's chrome piece just fell off on its own sometime during the first year I had my purchased-new 2016 Limited. Since then I've had the open guts exposed underneath. Didn't think I could glue it back on because of the chrome finish on the mating surfaces. Never hurt my feelings...

    Trim alignment.

    My '16 arrived brand-new with the driver's door misaligned horizontally with the rear-passenger door trim at the non-hinge side, plus that vertical edge sticks out from being flush by 1/8". Dealer couldn't/wouldn't address it. Drove me crazy. I eventually learned to ignore it.

    This is what we've used for our 9-years-old 95 lbs Golden Retriever since he was a pup. It's called an Otto Step. Available on amazon and directly from the mfg. You still have to store it somewhere, but it's lighter and smaller than a folding ramp. Cheers!

    Agreed. That's my preference, too, but I've been too lazy to remove the cables and replace them with standard chains I can cross under the receiver and attach to the receiver attachment rings with smaller hooks.

    Our Double D horse trailer came with those cables factory-installed. They're really much better than other chains I've used for our other horse trailers to keep the safety chains off the ground, but,... On our 2016 Expe (I know, OP has a '19) it's almost impossible to get those thick hooks...

    My 2016 Limited's driver door has been misaligned since original delivery. I've just resigned myself to live with it as my dealer always manages to un-do something that's perfectly fine while trying to address a requested fix. :)

    Hi. No, never attempted WiFi update since (I thought) I read in this thread (or another) vers 3.0 is a major update, and those must be done via the USB method. This was confirmed to me by the Ford "help" desk person, too.

    Same here. That's why I carry an old black sock inside the console that I slip over the shifter when the glare is too bright. :driver: I do my best to try to ignore the fact I have an expensive Exp that I have to junk up with an old sock just to be able to enjoy driving it. :chair:
