Weight Distribution Hitch Sway Control for V-nose enclosed trailer
I don't know that much about this either, but I'm happy with my setup. I have a 1997 Expy (!) with a towing package and air suspension (!!). I tow a 7000 pound RV with a V-nose. Engine cut out engine light flashing
I had some issues with mis-fires, caused by bad coils, and overheating due to poor coolant circulation. Need Advice Please!
I have a 1997 Eddie Bauer which I rarely use, just for pulling an RV. I have a phantom draw which I suspect is the compressor for the air suspension. If it sits more than a few days, the battery won’t turn the engine over. I gave up looking for the draw, and I just disconnect the battery...- JerrySLC

Dead battery...2 times...
My battery problems ended with a stress test on the alternator. The thing would test OK with the normal checks, but put under stress the alternator would heat up and cut out. Driving around with the A/C on was enough to make the alternator cut out. Replaced alternator, problem solved. Parasitic...- JerrySLC

False overheat problem solved There are quite a few posts about Ford truck engines giving a false overheat indication.
