    It's a 2024 so I assume it's under warranty right? Why don't you just take it to a dealer and let them figure it out? Obviously don't say anything about trying to do a burnout but your truck is under warranty.

    2019 Expedition Max at the Ford Dealer for 4th time for warranty work. A rental is disallowed according to the dealer....

    Find a dealer who will give you a loaner. That's what I do.

    Very slow AC leak

    Ouch. I have the same problem in my 2012 Expy. Is there a way too see if the leak is in fact behind the dash? 2 checks with the UV light aren't turning up anything.

    2012 Expy EL - I had to replace two broken lift gate struts. 1 shipment received one wrong strut so only installed one while waiting for the replacement. Now that I have the 2nd correct strut on, my electric lift is not working. I can hear the latch mechanism unlock, but no lift or retract...

    There are 2 struts that hold the door up and allow it to come down slowly. My question is which way do they go? Is the shaft pointed towards the top of the door or is the cylinder? Thanks all!

    With all due respect sir, you are wrong. It is not uncommon for rear exiting exhaust to get caught in the airflow immediately behind the tailgate and come back in if the rear side vents are open.

    Poor gas milage

    It's a large SUV. I'm sorry but what did you expect? Best I've got on our 16 Expy is 20.1 highway at 55 mph and no AC. Normal highway 70 mph is right around 18. City is typically 15.

    I just had it replaced for free on my 2012 Expy at my local Ford Dealer. They said it was covered under some type of powertrain warranty (?). I didn't argue.....it was free!

    Has anyone changed out the so-called fog lights (worthless IMO) so something more functional? We live in the "dark country" (my term for it) and many times need all the light possible. I'm wondering if anyone has retrofitted the stock lights with some good AM lights.
