    just did '10 fronts. replaced caliper, disc and hose for same prob. Caliper boots were torn and pistons retracted very stiffly. Could only get stiff wire 6-7 inches down rubber hose.     Sorry I hadn't updated y'all. Put iridium NKG372's in last week at 104+K. Ran a bottle of Techron (?) thru gas tank prior. All old, original from factory motorcraft came right out. were new design sfc509 w/antiseize. Most had worn down/missing center electrodes but no misfiring at replacement...

    2010 5.4 ticking noise just started. Just turned 100K.

    Replaced all idlers and belt last fall. Rechecked today. All seem OK. Checked alt.bearing, waterpump bearing and p/s pump. All seem OK. Noise increases w/rpm. Seems to get louder as motor warms. As near as I can tell, coming from top of engine, more toward driver's side. Anyone come across this...

    Mud/Splash guards for 2011 Expedition w/power running boards

    so no one has been able to solve this problem? I have a 1/4 mile driveway of crusher run and the d--m stone dust gets between the rocker panel and the the top of the running board. not prepared to excise the end of the running board to get aftermarket guard to fit.....yet! Surely some one...
