For off road 35s on 17s ride great along with 33s on 17s. Tire psi around 45. On road if you have an AT tire or Hybrid or mild Mud like Nitto Trail Grabber you will be very happy as they still ride great on the road. (Wheels a 17 or 18” max) 20s are not the best off road wheel. Not enough...

Well you just need to figure out which f150 years match your year Expedion. Icon makes the uniball Control arms also for the newer F150s and one of those will match your rig.

How to Lift a 2007-2014 Ford Expedition or Navigator Rear Air Suspension

I sure wish I found them when I researched for them. I am quite good with finding things too and I looked on Amazon and eBay, drove to dealerships, etc and nobody could help me find simple adjustable air shock sensor arms. I researched forums and asked on forums and still nobody knew about...

How to Lift a 2007-2014 Ford Expedition or Navigator Rear Air Suspension

UPDATED JUNE 26TH 2017 ************************************** I cannot find a way to edit my original post, so here is an update. Updated way to lift rear air suspension if available: They now make an adjustable rear air shock sensor arm as a member nicely mentioned. Before when I did this no...

Updated way to lift rear air suspension if available: They now make an adjustable rear air shock sensor as a member nicely mentioned. Before when I did this no such thing existed as I searched everywhere. If it is still available then get this rather than all the time consuming drilling. Also...

Hi, not sure if I answered you. Rancho Quick Lift coilovers have some lift to them instead of spacers. And if your rig is a 2013 with a traction control button and a 4x4 system then it will have Control Trac. Check out my website and from their I have YouTube videos. One of them explains all...

Yeah, and make sure they are adjusted the correct way, so to the highest number which I believe is 9. Ok good so the top bolts that bolt the coilovers to the frame are secure, right? And on a different note, yes, you are not supposed to adjust the center nut in the coilover itself. They should...

The photos seem normal. I did notice that the Ranchos knobs were not set the same on each side. Make sure they are both set on the stiffest setting. Also, what about the top of the coilovers. Are all the three bolts tight on each side on the top of the coilovers. If not those could move and...

Good luck and I hope you find it. For the upper and lower control arms, they should have a rubber or metal spacer on each side to keep it tight from sliding back and forth. Easy to see and check. There should be no empty space, not even a few mm.

Hello, I am not sure but here are my thoughts. I saw the 2015 and it looked identical with the earlier suspension and I would be very surprised if they changed it. The only thing I know is they added some electronic suspension dampening control and different levels that the driver can pick...

Thanks. I also did a YouTube video on the 4x4 system too. One more thought too is make sure the upper and lower control arms have no play where they are connected. There are spacers in there that should be there that prevent any slipping back and forth of the upper and lower control arms. I...

Ok so it came with the Ranchos and did you replace those, (as you said they were shot)..., so I am guessing you replaced those and they are new. What level did you set the front Ranchos on? They should be set on the stiffest level which I believe is 9. So just make sure both knobs are set to...

Hmmm..... I have not had that issue. Of course I don't run a front sway bar. It's not really needed unless you tow. And you got a wheel alignment after the Rancho Lifts? Not sure if that would help but make sure you do with any lift. And all the ball joints were replaced? Did you check the...

Looks good. It also looks like your running boards are level too which means it's all level and it's just your fender height messing with your eyes. Check and park on a level street and check it with a leveler. Take the leveler and then check the rig in a few places. I bet it's all level.

Nice. It would look great, just don't stick the 3" on top of a Rancho Quicklift as it will be to tall and bind. Otherwise you should be fine. Just do a Wheel Alignment afterward. :-)

Hi again. You are welcome. I only had to install the Icon upper control arm and Icon Coilovers when I was to the max with Rancho Quicklifts and a 2.5" spacer on top of those front Quicklifts which raised it about 5" which was just too tall. So I doubt you will need to worry. I would say if you...

Hi, First off the front fender is higher off the tire than the rear. Second..., Are you talking about Rancho Quick Lifts? If you are, then yes, the rear does not have the same height as the front and the guys I know that have them also did a small spacer on top of the Rancho Quick Lifts...

Hey there. As long as you lift the rear under 4", so 3.5" or shorter you don't need longer brake lines, but they will be stretched to the max when on extreme off road.

Yes I am. You can keep the running boards on but you should trim a little of the plastic in the rear with a Dremel or Proxxon tool. Very easy to do. Other than that you should be fine.

Just curious, if anyone has raised the front end higher than 4.5"? That is about as high as I found. With using a 3.5" front lifting puck on top of a Rancho Quick Lift which adds 1 1/4" lift. That is what I am currently going to do next week for a total of a 4.5" lift and then will raise...

2007-2014 (maybe newer) Skid Plates Ford Expedition & Navigator

Hi, Where was yours rubbing exactly? I have checked mine over thoroughly and so far there is a lot of clearance everywhere. I am not sure if Josh changed the skid plate template or not but I will check again to make sure. As far as the front speed clips, Josh forgot to give them to me so I...

How to Lift a 2007-2014 Ford Expedition or Navigator Rear Air Suspension

The ride height in the above photos is about 12" from the top of the wheel to the fender and that height still feels close to stock (front is a tad more). I did however play around with the rear and I raised it even more and the rear did get a little stiffer if raised for a total amount of...
