However you manage to get the boards down, unplug them while they are down or they will go up the first time you get over 5MPH regardless of the dash setting.- okestone

Sorry, you are misinterpeting what I am saying, Flexpedition. Not the push button switch, but the strips that run along the upper insides of the liftgate. I removed the word "switch" from the OP.- okestone
