    I currently do not have a fuel tank skid plate on my rig as the FX4 fuel tank skids are discontinued. The skid that you just posted has peaked my curiosity, though. I will look into it further when I have some time.

    Yes. You can run 35x12.5x17 on stock spec wheels with the 3.5"/2.5" lift. You will need to remove your running boards and trim about a half inch off of the lower corner of the front valance. Easy Peasy. Have been running my 35's for years. No rubbing. Zero issues.

    Yes. The PCM is dumping as much fuel as it can to compensate, and it is still not enough. Thus your lean codes. Based on those fuel trims, you either have way low fuel pressure, or there is definitely a vacuum leak. If your EVAP purge valve is hissing, replace it. It should not be doing that.
