    2007 5.4 3V

Does anyone know what years of motors will swap into a 2007 Expy, plug and play or even just have to put components from my current motor onto the donor motor? I'm sure I could put any motor in I desire, but I don't want to be making a bunch of unnecessary mods just to get the motor to run and...

    Need your $0.02...

Yeah, crew cab long box. Just shy of 22' of moving metal...I have to kiss the front wall in the garage with the bumper in order for the door to go down.

    Need your $0.02...

So after 268+ thousand miles, the motor finally said FU. I've been researching my options up to this point on what I wanted to do when this time came, and now that it has, I have to pull the trigger and figure something out. Me being the person I am, I don't like really having anything that is...

    Time for a new Motor

So my Expy has just shy of 262k on the motor. The timing chain tensioners have developed the notorious leak, so my cold starts sound pretty bad until oil pressure builds up. Has anyone swapped motors? I want to do this as cost effectively as possible. I could buy a junkyard motor for a couple...

    Shocks/struts

Had to separate the upper ball joint, the sway bar and the tie rod end. With all that disconnected, I could step on the rotor to push the lower a-arm down to get the old or and the new in. Pretty simple once you use the correct parts... Sent from my Galaxy S9+ using Tapatalk

    Shocks/struts

Well, all it took was my brother to come over and call me an idiot... Apparently sleep was eluding me and I was trying to put the rear struts up front... SMH. Once I grabbed the correct one everything went smoothly. I got it all done last night. All four corners done and new upper rear control...

    Shocks/struts

I can get the bottom bolt in, but when I try to put the top in, it felt like it was binding and getting stuck before the studs would get close to going through the top. The overall diameter of the FOMOCO struts taken off were 6", the new are 7"... Sent from my Galaxy S9+ using Tapatalk

    Shocks/struts

I bought the quick struts and started tonight. I got the old one out, but I can't get the new one back in... Did you have any issues trying to get the new ones in? Sent from my Galaxy S9+ using Tapatalk

    Shocks/struts

So my Expedition has turned over 252k miles, and I've had it for the last 90k+. I don't know when the shocks and struts were changed, if ever. I've never done it, and I'm wondering what everyone would recommend for a shock and strut package for my Expedition? It's a 2007 Limited without air...

    The White 3rd Gen Page

She definitely has some bumps and bruises, but everyone that sees her doesn't believe she's a old as she is. There are things that I'd like to do, but I don't know all of the best options...that's why I've been scouring the forum for others posts.

    Front Vents Fan Not Working

I'm sure you probably already have it fixed, but mine also work intermittently. I found that it's a bad wiring connection to the fan itself under the passenger side Dash. Because all I have to do is smack the fan under the dash and the fans start blowing again.

    2007 radiator replacement

I changed mine out earlier this year. I had to take the entire front clip off in order to get at everything. The main cross member needs to come off also.

    2007 cranking but not starting

its been a long time since my last post. It happened again to me leaving me stranded at work, so i called a tow truck and had it towed to the Ford Dealership back in July. They checked it all over and swore it was a bad fuel pump (which i had replaced). I told them to fix it so i could rest...

    2007 cranking but not starting

I'm looking for some help on an issue I'm having with my Expedition. It cranks but will not start. The weird thing is, that sometimes it will start without any problems. There is no Rhyme or Reason or situation or circumstance to tell when it will start or when it won't start. I've changed the...

    2007 No A/C

This is my first post to the forum. I have a 2007 Expy Limited with 210k. I do most of the work on it and am looking for some help. I just noticed that my ac isn't blowing cold anymore and I'm looking for the steps to check for what the issue is.
