New Headlights!
After one too many close calls with suicidal Whitetail Deer, I decided to replace the headlights on my ride. Found aftermarket lens assemblies on eBay for $43. Added Sylvania Silverstar bulbs. PCM "re-learn"?
Hello, all: I just completed routine battery maintenance on my '99 5.4L EB AWD/4WD. Naturally, battery was disconnected. Is there anything special I need to do or will the vehicle computer do its own "re-learn"? Thanks and Happy Holidays!- Bruce Mitchell

Gotta get driver's window UP!
Gee, you'd think that a power window switch would last more than a quarter million miles... Switch for driver's window went south, and that window is stuck in the "down" position. OBD II said both banks too lean...
Check engine light was on; used my handy, $16 OBD II reader and it told me that both banks were running too lean. Replaced the fuel filter and cleared the codes. Success!- Bruce Mitchell
