01 ford expy question(regarding A4wd)

Replaced right exhaust manifold, omg!
Wow...! Great report, thanks for the pics... How easy was to it get back together? Do you think that heat from the warped manifold could have damaged the head?? I have heard from my mechanic friend that this was a problem at times.. Thanks again.- JERRY DOOLITTLE

What year is your expedition?

Is 15.8 MPG about right?
So my Expedition is a 2002 XLT AWD with the 5.4 liter engine, and 198k miles. 16 mpg is what I get on average. Of course that drops when I'm out in the woods and 4x4 is engaged. Not sure how bad it gets tho.- JERRY DOOLITTLE
