What did you do to the expy today
not as much as you would think but the key is to clean it extra extra good so paint dont bubble up,just left them on fender and tape around them scotch brite padded them, painted the white 3 coats then paint marker black 2 coats and clear coat took about maybe hour each or less- whitelightning99

Mirror turn signals
i too have a 99 eb with dim mirror signals,they work but are dim. i have the ones behind the glass mirror :( doesn't really bother me tho just be nice if they were brighter. BTW it's mainly the angle your looking at them, blowing compressed air up in the mirror seem to make mine a little bit...- whitelightning99

2001 expy cranks but doesn't start
could try to turn key to start,an with screw driver with in park or neutral wheels blocked.touch 2 of the post on the solenoid that's bolted to fire wall if it starts well then that should tell you at least the starter still works and engine still runs but not sure if it would still work with a...- whitelightning99

Truck won't come out of park.
just wondering i noticed i got to apply the brake to put mine in gear were is the switch that tells what ever that brake is on for it to active what ever to allow it to go in gear ???- whitelightning99

pulled a few coils and spark plugs out check them cleaned them re gaped plugs and reinstalled till i get money to change them to new ones- whitelightning99

Today took out the factory sub woofer box/amp just for when i do find a nice aftermarket 8" sub to put in there i wont have to struggle with that dang nonsense one bolt that screws into the center of the magnet on stock woofer ,dumb they did that so if your reading this and want to swap subs be...- whitelightning99

I had to drill holes threw the hatch,yea i know right ? ugg ,but i did it just like the expedition that it was on and i don't mind, it's held on by 3 "fine tread phillips screws" along the top part of hatch lip an 1 on each side on the lower part.so altogether 5 holes The spoiler has brass...- whitelightning99

went to junkyard and got a "rear hatch spoiler"/ air deflector i got it on yesterday, seems after i google images many an many 1st gens expys i seen only one and it looked different then one i got,it has a big ford logo and says expedition air deflector on the underside of it. i like the way it...- whitelightning99

i moved the light bar behind the grill a while back but the grill blocks so much of the light along with the blue oval so i am either going to put brackets back on like how i have it in this pic or countersink it in the grill like another member on here has there's done thanks for the info you...- whitelightning99

got it inspected and on road all legal now but i had a pretty bad binding issue while making sharp turns left or right felt really bad like it was locking up or some em ripping out, iv since pulled the fuse for the a4wd junk trash seems good now but i can't stand the whistling sound while...- whitelightning99

did you mount that light bar in the grill or is it in front of it. i can't really tell how you mounted it i have my 20 behind the grill and the grill blocks some light and there is quite a bit of reflection that i dont care for with mine i am guessing cause it's a flood beam- whitelightning99

lurches forward when first started
just like mine man same thing going on but i did over exaggerate how far mine moves forward its really like an inch but my engine mounts are good and i tired it again an give the shifter a bump to make sure it was in park an still did it seems like after it sits when engine is only cold it does...- whitelightning99
