2004 expedition keeps blowing fuse 13!!!!
I have no ac controls working. I checked and fuse 13 blows killing my controls. Changed controls and replaced fuse... pops again. Checked connections. Fuse blows instantly when yhe key is turned on. Looked up what is all on the cicuit. Unpluged the controls. Still blows. Unplug...- ttyree1979
