Your fault Ford warranty coverage?
I know this is an old thread but I have this same issue on my 2015. I was told by the service manager at my local Ford to open a case with Ford Customer Care. After reading this thread, I may not bother. Seems to be a waste of time if they are going to simply blame the owner for their bad...- thedern

Window Scratches from Simply Rolling them Down?

Window Scratches from Simply Rolling them Down?
From my web searches there is an issue effecting f150's, super duty's, as well as Expeditions where debris gets into the rubber gasket around the windows and causing deep scratches when windows are rolled up and down.
