The valve cover has 3 different sizes..I chose wrong the first time,hence the broken one..should be OK using red RTV..- kens2003FordExpy

2003 passenger side valve cover removal (5.4L 2v 2WD)
I had to move wiring aside.. undo the COPs.. etc... removed all 14 bolts..(not all the same bolt sizes) move the trans dipstick over... but it is doable..- kens2003FordExpy

I did mine without removing or loosening my tyranny dipstick...but I did manage to break a bottom bolt installing the valve cover.. I need to find a diagram that shows the location of each bolt..- kens2003FordExpy

2003 ford Expy 5.4.............. intake leaking coolant... really can't afford a Ford OEM intake....
looking to replace my intake..............ford wants almost 400.00 for a replacement............. i can get a dorman for a little less.any advice?- kens2003FordExpy
