High mileage Expys?
1999 4x4 Eddie Bauer 5.4L with headers and everything else @ 228k. I use only Mobil 1 synthetic oil from Walmart ($25 or so for a 5 quart jug) and a k&n oil filter (better oil pressure) and change around 7500 miles or so.- Dongon
