2017 EL Limited Rear Strut Replacement
What type of spring compressor did you use? I tried to do mine and my friend's Snap-on jaw type compressor buckled from the strength of the spring. Had to send it to the shop. Strange problem - battery issue?
The battery is only a year old. Ended up disconnecting it for 20 minutes, and everything works again. Probably need to start thinking about a new APIM though. The positive cable was a little loose, so that may have started everything.- BoDarville

It has gotten more interesting - today the center screen decided not to work. I assume it's related somehow? My first thought was that it had gone into some kind of anti-theft or battery protection mode and disconnected the electrical system, but I couldn't find anything in the manual that...- BoDarville

Sunroof Cover Noise
Any pressure on the cover seems to stop the noise. It just seems to be a little loose in there when closed. Unfortunately, it’s out of warranty. I’ve learned about messing too much with sunroofs the hard way. May just have to live with it.- BoDarville

difference between 15 thru 17 expedition and previous rentals
