    Ok, so do I have to tow the vehicle or just take the cluster? Obviously, money is a huge issue. The fuel pump was installed just like the one that came out. I feel sure the polarity is correct. Checked the fuel pump reset and it feels normal. Not tripped. Swapped the cluster just to be sure...

    Well, finally got the fuel pump replaced...damn weather lately has been too wet to work in. Still no crank. Guess I will have someone come and attempt to reflash or something. Not sure what to check now. How would I bypass the lockout and create a manual fuel circuit?

    Sorry, should have made it more clear. The fuel pump was under warranty. The company sent me a replacement and hope to install it this weekend. I pulled the fuel line going to the fuel filter and tried to start it. Barely a trickle .... I also put the original cluster back in and no theft light...

    Wow! Thanks for the tips! Neither cluster shows any damage or burnt areas. The fuel pump isn't coming on. I reached out to the seller and it's still under warranty. They reassured me a replacement is on the way. I also did the jumper wire thing and still nothing. Also, the battery is only 6...

    Thanks for all the help, guys. I have tried every suggestion that I can. Still, no luck. Feel like I'm a complete moron. I have built motors from scratch, and have tweaked all manners of Ford products since 1982, but, this experience has humbled me into giving up.

    Well, just installed replacement cluster and.............nothing. Turns over but won't crank. Tried spare key, same result. The theft light is flashing fast,though. Wow, looks like I'm buying another vehicle.

    Thanks for all the suggestions. This is sucking pretty badly. It's 33 degrees here in Georgia with huge wind gusts . Looks like I will be calling in to work tomorrow and praying for a miracle.

    You mean the fuel pump switch under the passenger kickpanel? Did that earlier. It doesn't look tripped. I pressed down on it pretty hard. I do have jacks and floor stands and fuel line tools. Just don't have a fuel pressure gauge. Also, my Expedition has 20" Harley wheels so it sits pretty tall...

    Ok, I did this, and it started for 1 second, then quit. No theft light at all.

    It's hard being poor.......I have checked the connections as best I can. I used an ohm meter to check continuity and all checks good. All fuses are good inside the engine bay and cabin.
