Aftermarket Backup Camera w/Extra LED Lighting

Need input and suggestion please
I am wondering what is the best OBD2 tool that people have found for our vehicles? Looking to get one and just want to make sure I get something that is decent for my Expedition but doesn’t cost me a fortune. Thought I would poll I. Here to see what people use? New to us 2000 Expy Eddie Bauer with 5.4L misc issues. Advice please.
I love this vehicle so far. Even with a couple minor issues. Found a good deal on it and my wife fell in love with it almost immediately. Plus with just over 116k on it she’s in pretty great shape.
