XLT won’t slow down with manual downshift

Still loving my '16 Expedition
Our '15 4x4 EL is our go everywhere car. Camping, skiing, hiking, biking; it hauls everything we need, is comfortable, and nearly gets 20MPG. Has worked flawlessly from -10 degrees to 115 degrees, from -200 feet to over 12,000 feet, from around town to light off roading. Could not be happier...- Scott2015
