    FYI, I had a Platinum Max and did not like the rear hatch sensitivity either so I searched YouTube for a video on how to remove antenna, it was like 5 min. no error codes and solved the issue entirely.

    While agree the factory netted one works well. I prefer the weather tech one I have had for other vehicles it just seems to work best and allows for really good air flow.

    THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I kept getting hit on my head. I just removed the entire antenna and covered open port with some gorilla tape. Would be surprised if Ford actually “plugged” port with some thing on other trim models.
