    Ford Dealer just told my all 2023 Expeditions must be ordered with Heavy Duty Tow Package. Is this true? Are there orders being placed without Tow Packages?

    IWE Replacement

    I have a 2018 Expedition XLT and I just had to replace the IWEs after 26500 miles. There is a TSB report number 19-2252 that explains the cause and procedure for replacing. This is after replacing 5 shocks, taillight lens, second row seat, and reinstalling SYNC. I am rebuilding....

    BMS Reset

    How do you reset the battery monitoring system? The battery is good, the charging system is good but the expedition wants to shut off the passenger and read door locking and unlocking until driving for a while. This is most annoying as the vehicle does not sit idle for long periods of time.

    Off and On Phone Sync

    Has anyone had the problem of cell phone loosing connection with Sync 3 and then it reestablishes connection. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Sync 3 will show no connection then connection. Sometimes it will be days between problems with connection.

    Shock Absorbers

    I have a rear shock absorber that has failed after 9,000 miles in my 2018 Expedition. Should shock absorbers be replaced in pairs? Having problem with the dealer agreeing to this but this has always been recommended in the past. Anyone have info on the concept of replacing in pairs?

    Battery Insulation

    Why did the dealer leave the battery insulation in place when delivering my 2018 Expedition in AZ? I would think the last thing you would want in AZ is the battery to heat up without the ability to dissipate that heat.

    Rear end harmonic noise

    My 2918 with under 2k miles has developed a low harmonic noise from the rear end that starts with the wheels turning and stops when the wheels stop. It is not a squeak, rattle, thump, or grind. It reminds me of rubbing your finger on a glass rim but in a very low range. Anyone else with this...
