I believe most people recommend 5k mile oil changes for keeping the turbos clean/happy...I do 5k because it's easy to track on my odometer. I've always done full-synthetic and the price difference isn't much for the peace of mind (to me.)
FYI - this article lays out some differences between Ford's and GM's 10-Speeds.

Another option may have been to use a heavy duty epoxy to secure them back into the running boards. But that may be impossible or extremely difficult now that their hammered in. We've used something like that on certain aircraft fasteners in areas that are lower stress.
Do you see any threads in the holes? It looks, from your photos, the actual thread inserts have been pulled from the attach/secure area and are now located on the bolts. That would take a lot of weight/pressure to pull those bolts out along with the thread inserts.
In the back of the Service Manual it will show the locations of the wire harness and the connectors. Here is an image for the 18-21 I took a screen grab for...maybe someone with the '22 will help you.

Maybe remove the aftermarket trans cooler, go back to stock and see if that fixes...
Hmmm...I think my 2019 will show Trans temp on the 'My View' also, but I definitely monitor the digital readouts of my transmission and coolant temps with Forscan mod.
They don't need to replace the entire steering wheel, that's overkill and overpriced. Only the Steering Wheel Air Bag Module (Part #: FL3Z15043B13AF) needs replaced...much cheaper. See here...
