    Real world towing MPG 23 expedition TERRIBLE

    Side note: I took the same drive in my '17 Expy up to the country that I take every weekend. It's a two and a half hour drive. Had a 10-20 mph headwind most of the way. I got 2.7mpg less than I usually get.

    I ordered 5100s from Jackit.com on April 29. They got in touch with me and said it would be a few months before they had the rears in stock to ship. They were delivered today. Now I have to find my notes on where I wanted to put the slip rings before I install them.

    89 Octane

    I ran tanks of 87, 89, and 93 in my 2017 to check the mileage. I don't have the numbers in front of me, but the higher the octane, the better the MPG. Ran a bit stronger too. I calculated the cost per mile for each. 89 was about $.15 a mile and 93 was about $.17 a mile to drive.
