Thank you so much for your help. I ordered that one. I'm going to take my chances with it!! What hell this fuse panel has been! I hope I don't have the issues again...but at least i know how to troubleshoot half of them, and what the sound and smell like!! ;)- Eileen

I WAS able to get my manufacture date by contacting ford via their chat services. 24-APR-2002 was the production date :) So I was built before that February 2003 Cutoff.- Eileen

Another fuse box replacement ....
I'm replacing the fuse panel for the second time on an 03 EB as well. The first one the PCM was bad, and then the #203 started melting and causing all kinds of issues. The panel I have now, started connector burnout at the wiring harness because there was a 10amp fuse where there was supposed to...- Eileen

I'm piggybacking on this...I have the same issue, and I have identified cracked and just plain old vacuum lines as the problem. They are cracked at the control valve on two sides. And one is cracked a little farther down the line. I cannot physically reach the ond of this connection, so I need a...- Eileen

I"m looking for the drain as well. I see it pointed to in the Haynes manual, but it states the transmission was removed for clarity of the photo, but can be felt by hand behind the engine??? 03 Ford Expy - PCV - Isn't it always? Lean Banks - Shop Lied about repair....
I pulled the p0074 codes for lean bank one and two. Going through the list of possibilities, I changed my air filter, didn't clean the maf filter yet, changed the pcv valve to a motorcraft, and attempted to check for vacuum leaks.
