    There is also a module you can plug into the OBD2 port to do the same thing. I had a friend with an F150 that had the same sissue. He plugs in the modfule when he wants it to be dark.

    I would skip the tailgate kick to open. It opened accidentally too many times and then did not work properly most of the time when i kicked. I disconnected the antenna and haven't had an issue since. Genesis open when you are in the proximity of the back of the vehicle works far better.

    I had a glitchy trailer brake light warning that frequently came on. Changed the trailer brake light to LED and never had trouble again.

    Factory battery life

    I put all of my vehicles on a trickle charger about once per month. My 2019 still has the original battery and it is fine. ASS works normally. I just replaced a 2014 battery earlier this year following this strategy.

    I had a 2005 Lincoln LS and pushed the cool and heat buttons simultaneously to put it in automatic mode. Great feature!! It is a shame it was discontinued. Perhaps Ford is bringing it back.

    I habve a 2019 and am still on my original battery. I put my battery on an AGM tender about 1 night per mionth and I think that significantly improves battery life.

    Sequoia has awful luggage capacity and 3rd row room. The 3rd row does not fold flat and it not removable. Toyota really screwed up the Sequoia (this from a former Sequoia owner).

    Third Cam Phaser

    Mine were replaced in 6/22 with 16,600 miles. They were replaced 2,500 miles later in 12/22. Both used the part beginning with ML which was supposedly the latest part.

    There are shops that replace headliners. What is involved is removing the headliner from the vehicle and putting on new headliner material on it.

    To the Max or Not?

    You can get a bench middle row that will increase the seating capacity of either version. I bought the SWB with the bench seat. This gave me the maximum flexibility.
