My center console, especially the cup holders get very cold. I have the heat on and the truck is very comfortable but any cup in the holder gets very cold. Not good for my coffee. Haven’t found any old posts on this. Anybody else have this issue?
They did TSB-23-2250. They were able to duplicate the problem twice. The service guy said they replaced the valve body. The invoice says overhauled. Either way it's shifting like a brand new vehicle. The Extended goes for 60K more miles. I now expire on Oct 26, 2027 or 119,500 miles on the...
I just bought my ESP from Lombard Ford. I have 59500 miles on a 2019. I got a 4 year 60K premium care with 100$ deductible for $2618. I had an ESP that expires soon. If you're not on a plan you will need to get an inspection of the vehicle for $119. At flood if you were over 44,000 miles...
And it stays with the vehicle so if I sell it at some point it's a good selling feature. If I trade it, which I doubt I would ever do cause you always get hosed, I can get a refund of the prorated cost of the policy as long as I don't use it. Just a note. I got this with Lombard Ford. Flood...
I just took it in and they replaced the valve body. I also got another extended warranty that will take me 60k more miles and or 4 years. Little piece of mind
My current Extended warranty expires in Feb. just had our 2019 in for shifting hard at times and they were able to duplicate it twice and replace the valve body. That would have been $1400. There was a service bulletin that covered it so no deductible was due. I was able to extend the...
2019 10R80. I’ve had a issue for several months now where when I’m slowing down, sometimes braking sometimes not, but under 15 mph coming into 2nd or 1st gear we feel a very pronounced klunk like feel in the vehicle. I can rarely duplicate it. We just went on a 4300 mile trip and it happened...
I'm assuming the new style is only to prevent sticking closed but is not a lower opening temp. It's still a 190 opening temp. Was the stock a 190 or 195 opening temp? Does it need a gasket? I would assume it would but don't see it as coming with the thermostat
In the Ford Manual after the battery replacement it says to use a scan tool and do the battery Monitoring System reset after battery is connected. Necessary? What if I have no scan tool? I don't .
I have a 2019 also with 51K. Just did my fluid and filter. I made sure it was hot and in the B range. Why did you have it rebuilt? I still have an occasional bump or catchup noise. Not often but noticeable.
I had a caliper go bad and the dealer under warranty replace both rear pads and rotors and one caliper. Not sure of the wear. I did the fronts just so everybody would be on the same page. At 50K my fronts could of gone another 25K.
2019 Expedition Limited
I have 49,300 miles on it
got it back yesterday. Ford had it 6 1/2 days. Over the weekend but still. It took ford 3 1/2 days to approve a clear cut warranty issue. If I was a mom with 4 kids I would have been screwed. Warranty approvals should be done within hours. Something clearly wrong...
I don’t believe you need the friction modifier with the ELSD rear end. I’ll stay with the Ford transmission fluid. Don’t want any warranty problems down the road
I agree. Im in Day 3 now and this will surely go to Monday now with no vehicle. We have 2 vehicles but it's clearly a warranty issue. Why the dealer cant make that call is beyond me.
