    Just change the angle of the pipe you buy. The Walker that was suggested is 45°. I just did this again on my second Expy today. I'm going to change it to a 60° pipe like Walker 51125. I think it will look better. It's angled down a little more than I like right now.

    Setup correctly, the Expy tows beautifully. My 17 with the Ecoboost tows much better than my 07 with the 5.4l. It did tow nicely though.

    Here are the pages from the Wiring Diagrams manual if anyone comes across this thread and wants to see them. The Trailer Control Module is by the Parking Brake. I'm also adding a mod to have 12v at the pin all the time so you don't have worry about the factory "procedure" to get the 12v listed...

    Once I pull out the schematic I should be able to trace it. I went to school for electronics years ago. I was mainly trying to find out where the module was and start there. The service manual doesn't show the location of course... My electric manual is buried right now. I'll have to dig it out.

    Melling oil pumps are a waste of time and money.

    Hmm... Good to know. I better tell the one I installed in my BBC and the one I installed in my sons Rustang GT a few years ago. There's nothing wrong with a Melling pump. I think you're trying to argue that high volume oil pumps aren't necessary. Don't let me put words in your mouth though...
