Catalytic Converter issue or something deeper?
Cylinders 4,5 and 8 were misfiring. Replaced the coils on all three but #8 still misfired. Pulled the plug and it had a hair line crack in the porcelain and basically fell apart when I pulled it out of the socket. Replaced that and everything is smooth. Now, I have a P0430 bank 2. Catalytic Converter issue or something deeper?
I get it Trainmaster. Just that if the plugs were worn out... So they are supposed to be changed out at 105 k but have been in there for 43k over...wouldn't that do damage to the converter? Or is that not long enough to do damage?- Bob Sheets

148k. Plugs were worn bad and reading here and around the net makes me worried about my converters. Hopeful to get it to a shop today to get a better scan of things. For the future, anyone recommend a good scan tool that won't break the bank?- Bob Sheets

2012 Expedition EL noise passenger side
It was the rear suspension compressor,located behind the passenger headlight. About a year ago, had the air suspension fail and had it converted to shock and springs. I had someone tell me to try putting it in neutral and engage the 4wd when it does it and it doesn't effect the noise whatsoever. I'll give your suggestion a try. Thank you! Don't notice it as much at Interstate speed as we do driving locally. That video was recorded at about 45-50 mph. It's not climate fan related because it does it whether the fan is on or off. Noise stops when the vehicle does. Never does it idling/parked. Doesn't do it all the time. Replaced vacuum solenoid and that wasn't it. Drives us crazy. Any thoughts on what this might be?- Bob Sheets

Under dash noise
Have a 2012 EL Limited that has a grinding type noise coming from the passenger side dash. It makes this noise intermittently,whether the blower motor is running or not.
