Sluggish uphill.
If you don't find any visual fluid leaks and your truck is 4x4, it could be the seal between the trans and the transfer case. Pull the fill plug on the t-case and if more than a dribble comes out on level ground than that's where your fluid is going. Hope this helps.- Dadmobile

2000 ford expedition 5.4l with 4r100 tranny
I've been running 35's(315/75R16) on my Ford's since 2011 with only cranking out the front torsions. Never had any issues with anything. I did notice a difference between my old F150 and my Expedition after I put new shocks on the expedition. My truck rode a bit stiffer in the front. Which could...- Dadmobile
