    Agreed regulators and motors at the same time is a smart move. It's not a hard job but it can be a PITA. Slow windows going up is caused by resistance. Whether its electrical or mechanical. Cold adds to this problem. Make sure to grease all moving parts in a regulator, and clean window tracks.
