So my rear drivers side spark plug blew out. im wondering is it worth buying a kit and taping all the plug holes or just have the one taped and helicoiled? and about how much does getting one plug repaired cost?

i know very little about the SJB the main thing to remember is wherever you buy it from needs to have your Expy's VIN# to double check which SBJ you need
ok where to start.... power door locks stopped working. power windows stopped working. drivers rear turn signal stopped working. a no crank no start problem and it died because of the fuel pump relay going bad
this turn out to be a bad ignition switch. im sure the wires cut and spliced together didn't help.
i have also replaced the fuse box with the correct updated one. the expy is running great and is a mountain goat in snow
Hi, we are installing a few lightbars and some work lights on the EXPY and im looking for places to put the switches. i want to put a switch panel over the whole front cubby/change ash try area.
has anyone done this? what panel did you use? do you have any photos of switch panel installs...
after a month of work and family drama i can finally get back to the expy. began with charging the battery and seeing if it would start. same nothing happened. tried again and i bumped my knee on the trailer brake unit herd a clicks in the SJB and it started. only ran for 30 sec or so then...
yesterday when i back probed C270a pin 1 with my test light "didnt get power" shouldn't it have tried to start then? my light didn't light up but i do get a click from the starter relay every time i try to start it
good evening, i back traced the wires and first two had power in start position last wire #1 i didnt have power checked a few time same result. i do get a click from the fuse box when key is in start position........if that matters at all PS that needle tip worked great
only had a few minutes with my daughter to help me. how do i tell what connector is C270a and C270h i have been looking for a diagram and cant find one
sorry, i had jumped the fuel pump relay about a month ago to buy me time to replace the fusebox. it had the stall on occasion then stall all the time problem. jumped it ran great didnt stall until this problem started, fuel pump is new. my old Fusebox is the original.

ok, new updated fuse box installed. still no start. im at a loss. anyone have more ideas? did not replace the starter since jumping the relay got it to crank
i swapped with the highbeam relay, still no crank. i pulled the starter relay out and with the key on i used a jumper wire to jump # 30 terminal and 87 terminal maybe #87a its hard to see under there then it cranked.
