tach working intermittently

ac hose assembly
I have a 1997 eddie baurer with a 5.4, my ac hose assembly needs replaced and I found an nos one on ebay that has the same part number, but it has an extra port. my question is did ford change that assembly mid year?- Brad Bremer

replacement bolts
