Agree with Air Brush - my 2010 Expi 4WD 200K and bearings not noisy. When changed to Nitto tires from factory Bridgestone did some increased road growl.
Agree likely pulley/tensioners. Try spraying WD40 on each pulley or pump (safety glasses!) one at time to see if chirp silenced and replace bad part. Highly recommend replace all idler, tension pulleys and new belt.
I mounted a marine grade extinguisher in my Gen3 on tray in very back.

I like the Scott Carden fix, may try on drivers side (working but grinds rather loud). Passenger side replaced July 2019 eBay $69 USA shipper made in China of course) works great and quiet still.

In the past when I had vehicle stolen and not happy with ins co offer, a relative in the adjustment business told me to request ins co find a replacement vehicle of same condition and options. The could not and gave me another $1k. Not sure if this will work in CA or your policy.
