Whine in the rear of the vehicle

Rattle Trap

Water in #8 - Misfire
So, I've got a dead miss on #8. Its obvious on scan data and can watch the counter as I drive. I pulled the COP and there was water in the plug well. I blew the water out but haven't fired it up yet. Fuel Tank Capacity?
Everything I've read says that these trucks come with a 28 gallon capacity tank. I don't like taking my truck too close to empty, I've had bad experiences in the past.
