That is for the info. The light flashed for about 90secs then went away and hasn't come back. Then I just found out about the damn service bulletin about the crap design of the spark plugs. My engine is in that time frame. FML
Today, I was driving my 2007 Expedition XLT 4x4 and it started sputtering/whole truck shaking like it couldn't make up its mind on gear maybe? Then the engine light started flashing. Only flashed for a few seconds and before i could pull over it stopped. Any thoughts?
Using a pressure bleed system, the front right wouldn't bleed well. And when I would jiggle the hose the bleed pressure would fluctuate. Then I left the bleed port open, turned off the machine and the pressure only released .5psi after a few mins of waiting.
Thanks for everyone's suggestions, it ended up being a failed front right brake hose. Will be ordering and replacing. Sucks trying to get parts for US spec vehicles here in Germany.

1ea set Powerstop Extreme Drilled&Slotted rotors
1ea set Powerstop Extreme Carbon fiber pads

Manual bleeding all 4 positions
Vacuum bleeding...
I have an '07Expedition 4WD. I just took it through inspection and it failed again for Front brake imbalance. This is the 2nd time it failed for this. I replaced the Master cylinder, both front rotors, pads and calipers. What else could it be?
So, I checked the vacuum lines and couldn't detect a leak, and I didn't see any visible cracks. I did blow air through the lines while disconnected and there was quite a bit of dust and particles that came out. Drove it around and no more rattling...so far. Thanks for the suggestion.
It increases with speed, and sometimes the is a third-line noise and the rattling stops but comes back. It doesnt do it at low speeds, under 15mph or so.
I have an '07 4wd and I just replaced the front calipers, pads and rotors. Now I am getting an intermittent rattling noise from the right side while driving. I've tried checking for play in the wheel but didnt feel any. Any thoughts?
