03 5.4L (2 valve) head gasket replacement - parts list
I'm going to be the contrarian and say the power steering pump pulley remover is optional. The entire pump is held in place by only three bolts and it easily lays over to the side out of the way. Aftermarket Gauges
Looking at the Autometer website they only list a-pillar pods for one or two gauges for the Expedition. Am I missing something, or did they discontinue the three gauge pod?- Mr_Neutron

Expy for off-roading?
"1st gens came with skid plates." My 2002 doesn't have skid plates. I bought it used in 2005 but I doubt they were removed, but it's possible I guess.- Mr_Neutron

Blown Spark Plug on 2001 Expedition w/ Triton 5.4L
Fordtechmakuloco on youtube has a video on his recommended spark plug torquing technique for the 5.4l, as well as a video on installing an insert. Six weeks ago I replaced the plugs on my 2002 5.4l Expedition using his technique. Some of the plugs I removed felt little more than finger tight...- Mr_Neutron
