    325x65r18 with Readylift 3/2

    Several guys running the raptor set up. It “fits” but there is trimming and tucking. I went slightly smaller on my tires to avoid that, but otherwise same setup. Been there done that.

    Sell if you don’t like. I disagree on no other similar. Just go a 21’ denali for my wife…..it’s very nice. Different, but nice. I’m very happy with my expy, but would do an AT4 without hesitation if that’s what I wanted.

    Yup. They call the max an EL….but as long as you search the correct year you should be gtg.

    LL1Z-6111600-BA Found on the Ford accessory website. Just searched for a 2020 expy. They list it as an EL, but it’s correct. At least it was for me.

    I have 17" raptor wheels. 17's will clear brakes fine. If you go F150 wheels, you will have the rear axle shaft end to mess with. I did .25 spacers (all around) and hogged out the center cap to clear the last little bit.

    You will need to move the wheel well liner a bit here and there. Just take a better look at it.

    You are overthinking it. It’s not any stiffer or flimsier. Just remove it.

    2018 Navigator getting 6th set of Cam Phasers.

    Wow......are these vehicles being taken to Ford dealer for maintenance and repairs? I would be going for lemon law or getting an attorney involved asap. Zero point in keeping such a bad apple. Too bad there are not many new vehicles to buy right now.
