Lift Troubles
I had the same problem on my 2017 4x4 and it ended up being the IWE actuators in the front hubs which engage and disengage the 4wheel drive- Jackc

Hankook tires
I have the Hankook AT-2 and love them. My tire shop talked me into the Goodyear AT and I had to return them due to the poor ride and exchanged them for the Hankooks- Jackc
